Memorial Service for Steven Mauk

Steven Mauk, 47, of Christiansburg, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021. Steve attended Christiansburg High School and was a big Hokie fan. He enjoyed his volunteer jobs at the YMCA Thrift Store and Lewis Gale Montgomery Hospital. He was an athlete with Special Olympics where he participated in volleyball, bowling, the walking club and IDA dances.

Throughout his life Steve maintained an incredible admiration for all of the police officers and emergency responders that serve our local communities. Thank you to all of those in service professions who touched Steve’s life in meaningful ways.

Steve is survived by his special friends, Mack and Karen Brown, Jada Brown and family, Antwan Sales, Rick Bentley, Steven Price, and Marya McPherson.

Memorial Services will be held on May 21, 2022, at 11 a.m. at St. Michael Lutheran Church, 2308 Merrimac Road, Blacksburg, VA 24060.
