Melton, Douglas Jackson

Douglas Jackson “Jack” Melton, age 69 of Pulaski passed away Monday, January 12, 2015 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Facility surrounded by his family in Winston-Salem, NC. Born November 30, 1945 in Pulaski he was the son of the late Frederick Lee Melton, SR. & Annie Donithan Melton.

His son; Jackie Duane Melton, three brothers and two sisters also preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM – Friday at the Bower Funeral Home Chapel-Pulaski with Pastor Randall Lawrence officiating. Interment will follow at the Hufford Cemetery (Mt.Olivet).
