Mejia, Leslie Davina

Leslie Davina Mejia, 41, of Narrows passed away Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Carilion Giles Community Hospital. She was born May 20, 2015 in Dover, Delaware the daughter of Bobby Joel & Sandra Louise Sparks Buchanan. She loved music and especially Brantley Gilbert, Bruce Springsteen and Journey. She also enjoyed movies and television.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby J. Buchanan. Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Sandra Sparks Buchanan, Narrows; her son and his fiancé, Bobby James Buchanan and Sammi McDonald of Massachusetts; a daughter & son-in-law, Davina & Eddie Loving, Narrows; her grandchildren, Isabelle, Jayden & Wyatt Buchanan and Aubrey & Colton Loving; her grandmother, Josephine Sparks, Narrows; 10 brothers & sisters; several nieces, nephews & friends, too many to list.

A memorial service is planned for Monday, December 14, 2015. Details will be posted when they have been finalized. Per her wishes, she has been cremated and she will be buried at Bradley Cemetery, Lindside, WVA following the memorial service.
