McPeake, Raymond Albert

Raymond Albert McPeake, 95, of Radford, Va., passed away on Thursday, August, 13, 2009, at the Fumilas Homeplace in Radford. He was a member of the Fairlawn Presbyterian Church and was a retired employee of the Lynchburg Foundry with over 37 years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita D. McPeake; and also by four sisters; and one brother. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Douglas and Sylvia McPeake, of Radford; two grandsons, Timothy and Janet McPeake, of Dublin, and Jeffrey and Tammy McPeake, of Radford; and four greatgrandchildren, Lauren, Erin, Zachary and Carlie McPeake. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. on Sunday, August 16, 2009, at the Fairlawn Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Terry Woodard officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens at Dublin. The family will receive friends from 2 p.m. until the time of the service at the church on Sunday.
