McPeak, Evangelina Power

Evangelina Powers McPeak of Christiansburg, VA, left behind her precious family for her final journey to be with her Lord and Savior on November 1, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Eva Acuna; husband, James Powers; son, Roy Michael McPeak; brother, Humberto Acuna; and nephew, Carlos Carrington.

Left behind with broken hearts are her newlywed spouse, Johnny E. McPeak, Sr.; son, Johnny E. McPeak, Jr. and wife Stacy of Parrot, VA; daughters, Pauline McPeak McPherson and husband Bruce of Fairlawn, Peggy Sue McPeak Lyons and husband Garnett of Dublin; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, November 5, 2021, from 1-2 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin at 2 p.m. in the Chapel, with entombment to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg.
