Cleo Dell McMillan, 82, of Pulaski, Va., died on Tuesday, March 10, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband, George M. McMillan Sr. She is survived by her son, George M. McMillan Jr. and his wife, Arlene McMillan; granddaughter, Tammy McMillan Parks and her husband, Dr. David Parks; brother, Charles “Yance” Harrell; and sisters, Ina Dishon, Bonnie Bishop, and Wanda Sisk.
