Jerry Wayne McIver, age 57, of Christiansburg died, Wednesday, March 26, 2014. He was born in Bainbridge, GA. on August 14, 1956. He was preceded in death by his father, James Elbert McIver and his mother, Gracie Ward Price. He is survived by his sister, Judy McIver, of Christiansburg, brothers and sister-in-law, James E. McIver, Jr. “Mack”, of Christiansburg, Freddie and Rhonda Price, Fairlawn, one nephew, Jeb McIver, of Christiansburg; and his loving companion, Pixie. Private services will be held later. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the funeral home to offset expenses. The family will receive friends from 4-6:00pm Saturday evening, March 29, 2014 at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Dr., SW, Blacksburg.
