McGee, James Clinton

James Clinton McGee, 90, entered into rest January 18, 2008 at Brookhaven Manor.

Surviving are his wife of 62 years, Maggie McGee of Yuma, VA; four daughters and sons in law; Nancy and Doyle Alley of Gate City, VA., Linda McGee and Kenneth Bowling of Dublin, VA, Jama and Bill Mason of Radford, VA and Joy and Randy Chapman of Johnson City, TN.; a son and daughter- in – law; Jimmy C. and Malina McGee II of Gate City, VA.; one sister, Ruby Taylor of Brea, CA.

Calling hours will be Sunday, January 20, 2008 from 12:00 noon – 3:00 p.m. at the Gate City Funeral Home and on Monday, January 21, 2008 from 12:00 noon until the service and anytime at the residence. The service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 21, 2008 in the Gene Falin Memorial chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Alan Karnes officiating. Mr. McGee’s daughter, Linda, will give the eulogy. Kim McGee will provide music. Interment will be conducted Monday, January 21, 2008 at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA.
