McCurry, Mary Wyatt

Mary Frances Wyatt Lewis McCurry, 64, of 637 Maple Street, Dublin, passed away Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at her home. Born June 11, 1942 in Lester, West Virginia, she was the daughter of Emma Elizabeth Blevins Wyatt and the late Lawrence Franklin Wyatt. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Harry Edward Lewis and her second husband, Arthur Lee McCurry and her grandmother, Rosetta Blevins.

She was a member of the Dora Highway Baptist Church, Pulaski. Frances worked for many years in the cafeteria of Dublin Elementary school; a home health care aid for the Department of Social Services and part time for Bower Funeral Chapels in Pulaski and Dublin.

Surviving are her daughter, Teresa Lynn Boothe, Dublin; granddaughters, Colleen Frances Boothe, Pulaski , Kelli Lynn Boothe, Dublin, Michelle Teressa Boothe, Dublin; mother, Emma Elizabeth Blevins Wyatt, Dublin; sister and brother-in-law , Auddie Marie and Robert Chinault, Dublin; brothers and sisters-in-law, Millard Franklin and Janice Wyatt, Pulaski, Russell Monroe and Joyce Wyatt, Little Creek, Va., Harrison Floyd and Alice Wyatt, Draper, Va., Lawrence Alfred and Janet Wyatt, Barren Springs, Va.; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and special friends.

Funeral services will be held Friday, 11 a.m. at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with the Rev. Harry Gunter and the Rev. Randall Cregger officiating. Interment will follow at the Old Dublin Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Bower Funeral Chapel, 1631 Bobwhite Blvd., Pulaski.
