Charles Daniel McCroskey, 22, of Riner, Va., died on Wednesday, April 22, 2009. He was born in Blacksburg, Va., on October 30, 1986.

He is survived by his daughters, Leiona Mar’kae Worrell and Kaylee Skyler Jones, of Christiansburg; mother and stepfather, Cynthia and Gary Vest, of Riner; father, Charles Franklin Cromer Jr.; and stepmother, Tammera Palmer, of Christiansburg; sister, Hannah Faye Vest, of Riner; grandfather, Charles Franklin Cromer Sr., of Christiansburg; stepfather, Larry Dale Cromer, of Christiansburg, and numerous other special family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. on Monday, April 27, 2009, in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Neal Turner officiating. Interment will follow in the North Fork Baptist Church Cemetery, Ellett. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. on Sunday evening, April 26, 2009, at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, S.W., Blacksburg, Va.
