McCraw, Barry Wayne
Barry Wayne McCraw, Sr, 65 of Narrows, Virginia departed this life April 23, 2023 in the care of Heritage Hall-Rich Creek. Born in Giles County on September 2, 1957 he was a son of the late Ralph and Nancy Brumfield McCraw.
Barry loved all of his family and was one that would always make you laugh.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Amber McCraw; sisters, Ann Stafford, and Carol Blankenship; brother, Bobby McCraw; and a granddaughter, Victoria Taylor McCraw.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Donna Robertson McCraw; son, Barry McCraw Jr. of Narrows, VA; daughter, Lorena McCraw of Narrows, VA; brothers, Bernie McCraw (Karen) of Pembroke, and Billy McCraw of Pearisburg; grandchildren, Daniel Stump, Mirah and RJ McCraw-St.Clair, Evelina and Emerie McCraw; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends in the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, April 29, 2023 from 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM. There will be a memorial service conducted in the Kendall Funeral Home Chapel on April 29, 2023 at 7:00 PM. The family would like to request in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be given in his honor to Kendall Funeral Home to assist the family in offsetting the cost of the funeral.
