Charles Vernon Massie, 88, of Blacksburg passed away February 16, 2018 after a long battle with dementia. He is survived by Tommie Massie of Richmond, Va and Billy Massie of Christiansburg, Va. At the request of Mr. Massie there will be no service. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
