Marchany, Ana Teresa

Ana Teresa Marchany, 93, of Blacksburg died, Monday, November 9, 2015, at Kroontje Health Care Center. She was born in Puerto Rico on August 22, 1922 to the late Eloy and Francisca Berdecia Aponte. She was also preceded in death by her husband Carlos Marchany.

She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law; Randy Marchany and wife Julie Neely, Carlos Marchany, and Rene Marchany; brother, Efrain Aponte; grandchild, Laurine and husband John; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Monday, Novemeber 16, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Father Richard Mooney officiating. Interment will follow in the Memorial Gardens of NRV. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
