Manning, Patricia Ann Graham

Patricia Ann Graham Manning, 59, of Blacksburg, Va., died Saturday, March 21, 2009, at Montgomery Regional Hospital. She was born in Bluefield, W.Va. on February 16, 1950. She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Thomas Graham; and daughter, Jacklyn Lee Manning.

She worked with the Blacksburg Police Department in the Detective Division for several years and in Electrical Engineering with Arun Phadkey at VPI&SU for many years.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas “Tom” A. Manning; mother, Gertrude N. Graham; son, Thomas Patrick Manning, all of Blacksburg; sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty Jo and Sam Long, of Christiansburg, Susan Carroll, of Christiansburg, Sandi and David Mosier, of Roanoke; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday evening at McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, SW, Blacksburg.
