Mabry, Anne Morgan

Anne Morgan Whisman Mabry, 73, of Pulaski, Va., passed away Sunday, July 20, 2008. Anne was born in Pulaski Virginia on July 21, 1934 and was the daughter of the late Fred Legarde Whisman and Charlotte Board Whisman.

She graduated from Pulaski High School in 1952. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Freddy Whisman, and a son, Roger Milton Mabry.

Surviving are her husband of 52 years, Jack Roger Mabry, Pulaski, Va.; children, Charles Michael Mabry, Roanoke, Va., Tony Mabry, Morristown, Tenn., and Melinda Anne Mabry Hall, Poquoson, Va.; grandchildren, Stephanie Morris, Ryan Mabry, Hudson Hall, Morgan Mabry, Charly Hall and Tyler Mabry; great-grandchildren, Tatem Morris, Keirah Hall, Alisah Hall, and Jordyn Hardy; and cousin, Jean Edmonds, Pulaski, Va.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at 11 a.m. from the Stevens Funeral Chapel, Pulaski. Burial will follow in Thornspring Cemetery, Pulaski, Va. Visiting will be Tuesday evening at Stevens Funeral Home where the family will received friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

The family would like to thank the staff at Pulaski Health and Rehab Center for the wonderful care provided to Mrs. Mabry.
