Gary Wayne Mabery, 51, of Meadows of Dan, Va., passed away Monday, March 9, 2009. He was preceded in death by his father, Elmond Mabery; and brother, Glen Dale Mabery. Survivors include his mother, Glenna Mabery; daughter, Tiffany Mabery and Adam Wilkinson; son and daughterin-law, Jamie and Stacy Mabery; sisters, Lois Mabery, Shirley Moran and Rachel Goad; grandsons, Jamie Mason Mabery and Adyn Patrick Wilkinson; stepgrandsons, Tracy Adam Glisson and Sean Wilkinson; many special nieces and nephews; special sister, Hilda Collins; and special sisterin-law, Joyce Turman. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2009, at Maberry Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jeff Dalton officiating. Interment to follow at the Willis Cemetery.
