amem_snowy_woods.jpgCleo E. (Toot) Lytton, 89, of Blacksburg died Saturday, January 20, 2007 at Heritage Hall Health Care Center.

She was born in Prices Fork, Va. on May 15, 1917 to the late George Hampton and Nannie Helvey Clemens. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Nelson Lytton and a son, Robert Arnold Lytton.

She is survived by her two daughters, Charlene L. Harris of Blacksburg and Mildred L. Russell of Altavista; one son and daughter-in-law, Guy L. and Rachel E. Lytton of Goldsboro, N.C.; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; twelve great-great-grandchildren. Thanks to the staff of Heritage Hall nursing home and special thanks to Lisa and “Slim” who made her last few days more comfortable.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at 11 a.m. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill King officiating. Interment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Carilion New River Valley Hospice, 707 Randolph St., Suite 251, Radford, VA 24141.

Friends may call any time after 12 noon Monday, and the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, Blacksburg.
