Lytle, Bessie Blevins Epling Moore

“Don’t grieve for me now for I am free.” Bessie Lytle, 85, formerly of Newport, Giles County, now of El Centro, Calif., joined her Heavenly Father Sunday, February 10, 2008, in the presence of her loving son, Harold Moore and husband, Verl Lytle.

She was born July 26, 1922, to Sylvia and Meredith Blevins in Cuzzie, W.Va. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Leah McHone; first husband, “Jack” Epling; sisters, Beulah (Crockett) Sarver, Tokey Dyer, Erma Pritchett, Jocie Clay and Bernice Bumgardner; brothers, Leo, Herman, John, Hurston, Alfred and Ellis Blevins.

Cherishing her many beautiful memories are her husband, Verl; children, Harold Moore, Eddie (Beulah) Epling, Barbara (George) Witten, Ermadean (Delancie) Caldwell, Jenny (Mike) McCall, Michelle (Rick) Lytle, Michael Lytle and Tommy and Verlyn Lytle; and many grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are pending in El Centro, Calif. Private memorial services will be conducted by her family in Virginia.
