Albert Franklin Lucion, Sr. 76, of Dublin, passed away at his home on Friday March 25, 2016, with his family by his side. He was born in West Virginia on April 18, 1939. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Charles Anthony Lucion.

He served in the United States Air Force and retired from Volvo.

Surviving are his wife and best friend, Beatrice Colleen Lucion; son and daughter-in-law, Albert Franklin Lucion, Jr. and Tammy of Chilhowie; step-daughters and husbands, Teresa and Henry Bolling of Pulaski and Gail and John Byrd of Aledo, Texas; step-son, Anthony Curtis Mannon of Dublin; grandchildren, Toshia Lucion, Tanya Terrell, C.B. Lucion, Melissa Delph, Jessica Hamblin, Brian Roop, Travis Roop, Adam Roop, Ashley Mannon and Mark Mannon; great-grandchildren, Callie Terrell, Kylene Hamblin, Josie Hamblin, Charlie-Anne Hamblin, Julia Delph, Kaylee Roop, Jackson Roop, Landon Wade Colton Mannon; sisters, Katie and Paul Dodson of Martinsville, Judy Bailey, Sandy England and Pauline Lucion, all of W.Va.; brother and sister-in-law, Henry and Gwen Lucion of W.Va.; special friends, Tom and Bonnie Jean Whisman; his special, fur babies, Tobie and Tebo.

The Family would like to express their heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Dr. Karanita Ojomo of Blue Ridge Cancer Care, Pulaski and the nurses of Medi Express Hospice.

Funeral services will be held Monday, March 28, 2016, at 2 p.m. from Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charlie Null officiating. Entombment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum, Dublin with Military Rites conducted by the Air Force Honor Guard. The Family will receive friends one hour before the service at Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski.
