Mary was a long time library colleague. She worked in several capacities with the common theme of being excellent at whatever job she did. For many years she maintained a video/DVD database of materials available for checkout. It was one of the earlier databases and was popular with students. Anytime a film or tv celebrity died Mary had a web tribute ready of their available works plus a fun and creative print display that appeared the very next day. Getting these things done was considerably more difficult then and I was always impressed with her timely and fun presentations. It was impressive. She was a liked, smart, and thoughtful person and will be greatly missed.
