Long, Sarah Eva (Eve)

Sarah Eva (Eve) Long, 90, of Radford, Va., and formerly of Miami, Fla., passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2010. She was born on December 14, 1919, in Belspring the daughter of the late Harvey Chester and Lydia Likens Long. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Ronald L. and Linda Lawson, of Christiansburg; granddaughters, Ronda L. London, of Denver, Colo., and Rebecca L. Tapp, of Radford; grandson, Robert Lawson, of Radford; brothers, Wilbur C. Long and Arthur L. Long, both of Fairlawn; sister, Alice L. Rickman, of Phoenix, Ariz.; four great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. A memorial service for Eve will be held at a later date in Miami, Fla.
