Linkous, Gary Wade

Gary Wade Linkous, age 46, of Blacksburg died, Sunday, November 2, 2014. He was born in Radford, Va. on November 16, 1967. Gary was preceded in death by his brother Marlin Ray Linkous. He is survived by his mother and father, Marlin W. and Patsy Linkous; sister, Rebecca Linkous and brother-in-law, Daniel Irwin; nephew, John D. Linkous, all of Blacksburg. Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 11:00 am in the Hiram John Linkous Family Cemetery, Merrimac with the Rev. Buford Linkous and Rev. John Early officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to his family to help with expenses. Friends may call anytime after 12:00 noon Tuesday, and the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Tuesday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive SW, Blacksburg
