Linkous, Charlotte Long

Charlotte Long Linkous, 75, of Christiansburg, passed away peacefully at Lewis Gale Montgomery Hospital on January 20, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, William B. and Florence Walters Long; sister, Barbara Gallimore; sons, Ricky D. Linkous and Timmie Linkous.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Robert W. Linkous, of Burkeville, VA, Gary W. and Debbie Linkous, and Paulette Linkous, all of Christiansburg; sisters, Lena Mae Smith and Shirley McDaniel; and numerous grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2015, from 10-11 a.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will begin at 11 a.m. in the Chapel, with Pastor Ben Whitaker officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
