Linkous, Bobby Earl

Bobby Earl Linkous, 72, of Radford, Va., passed away on Monday, November 28, 2011. He was born on November 6, 1939. Preceding him in death were his parents, Louise and Pete Linkous; and a brother, Kelly Linkous. He is survived by his wife, Ellen Linkous; sons, Jeff Linkous and wife, Mary, and Brian Linkous and wife, Jennifer; stepson, Mark Witt and wife, Gwynne; stepdaughter, Leigh Ann Caudell and husband, Shawn; 17 grandchildren; one great- grandchild; a brother, Ross Linkous and wife, Shirley; and a sister, Darlene and husband, Rev. Everett Shepherd. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 30, 2011, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 1, 2011, at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Everett Shepherd and the Rev. Rodney Linkous officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg.
