Lindsey, Lila Gaye Harrell

Lila Gaye Harrell Lindsey, 79, of Rich Creek, died Friday, November 23, 2007. Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home, White Gate.

She was born March 11, 1928 at Pulaski County, Va. the daughter of the late Lola Ratcliffe. She was a member of the Voice of Praise Holiness Church and a former employee of Celanese Corp., Narrows.

She is survived by her husband, Cecil Lindsey; one son, Jerry Wayne Lindsey, Rich Creek; one sister, Barbara R. Geary, Palymer, Pa.; special friends, the Rev. C. J. and Carolyn Bowles, Lindside, W. Va.; several cousins and a host of friends.

Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at the A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home, White Gate with the Rev. C. J. Bowles and the Rev. Rita Deal officiating. Burial in Birchlawn Burial Park, Pearisburg. Visitation will be at the funeral home Monday from 12 noon until service time.
