Leonard Sr., Donald Eugene

Donald Eugene Leonard Sr., 67, of Radford, Va., died on Thursday, September 11, 2008, in a Salem hospital. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a retired employee of New River Industries.

Surviving are his wife, Susan Bishop Kraft, of Christiansburg; three sons, Donald E. Leonard Jr., of Radford, and Doug Leonard and David Leonard, both of Christiansburg; a daughter, Debra Craven, of Riner; a stepson and wife, Robert W. and Mary Kraft, of Freedom, N.Y.; a brother, Bobby Leonard, of Dublin; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild also survive.

Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. on Monday, September 15, 2008, at the DeVilbiss Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Lee Sarver officiating. Interment will follow in Central Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Monday at the DeVilbiss Funeral Home, Radford, Va.
