Leeson, Garland Wayne II

Garland Wayne Leeson, II, known as G.W., 27, of Pulaski, Va., born March 22, 1979, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 12, 2006.

He was the son of Garland Leeson and Connie Wright Taylor, stepfather Lonnie Wayne Taylor, of Pulaski, Va. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Garnett and Ann Leeson and stepsister, Babette Michelle Taylor.

He is survived by one sister, Wendy; and one brother, Tecumseh Vance Leeson; one stepbrother, Aaron Scott Taylor; four nephews, Logan and Dylen Draper, Dakota Harriman and Trey Semones; one niece, Alicia French; maternal grandparents, Curtis and Estelle Wright; companion Jana Chrisley and her children, Victoria and Darren Chrisley; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and close family friends.

G. W. was an employee of Virginia Vault Services, Pulaski. He had just been saved and will be sadly missed.

A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday from the Leeson-Banes Cemetery, Little Creek (Pulaski Co.) with Pastor Steve Willis officiating. Visiting will be Monday evening from Stevens Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m.
