Large, Paul Mortimer

Paul Mortimer Large, 84, of Blacksburg, died Wednesday, June 11, 2008. He was born in Norfolk, Va., on September 2, 1923, to the late Julius Dewey and Mary Pinter Large. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Julius D. Large Jr., and a sister, Elizabeth Lawrence.

He is survived by two sisters, Doris Bevan, of Richmond, and Harriet Large, of Virginia Beach; three brothers, Alfred T. Large Sr., Wilfred P. Large, both of Virginia Beach, and Donald E. Large Sr., of Chesapeake; a foster son, Jeff Criner, of Blacksburg; and numerous nieces and nephews.

There will be no services. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg, Va.
