Lane, Henry A.

Henry (Hank) A. Lane, Jr., 61, of Dublin passed away peacefully at home Saturday, July 22, 2017. Born August 11, 1955, he was the son of the late Henry A. Lane, Sr. and Geraldine Lane.

Hank graduated from Dublin High School, Class of 1974. He served in the Army from 1974 – 1976. He was a charter member of Freedom Fellowship Church, Radford.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Bowman Lane, Dublin; mother “Jerry” Lane. Pulaski; sons, Travis (Misty) Lane, Pulaski, and Jared Lane, Pulaski; sisters, Janet (John) Porn, Powell, Wyoming, and Jane (Rodney) Farmer, Pulaski; nephew, Chance Farmer; grandchildren, Alicia French, Caylee Taylor, Renesmae Neel and Trey Semones; step-son, Aaron Taylor, along with numerous aunts and cousins.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 27, at Freedom Fellowship Church, 1730 West Street, Radford, from 5 – 7 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted by Bishop Jerry Collins immediately after visitation. Interment will be held at Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Dublin, on Friday, July 28 at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements by Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski.
