Lambert, Robert Lawson

Robert Lawson Lambert, 77, of 3750 Second Morehead Lane, Pulaski, passed away Tuesday evening, September 3, 2013, in the Lewis-Gale Hospital in Pulaski. He was born in Bland County on May 28, 1936, and was preceded in death by his grandparents, William A. and Minnie Clark Lambert. Mr. Lambert was a retired employee with Hercules, Inc. in Pulaski. Surviving are wife, Marie D. Lambert, of Pulaski; and sons, Dennis R. Lambert, Midlothian and Gary W. Lambert, of Franklin. A Graveside Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 7, 2013, from the Thornspring Church Cemetery, Pulaski County, with the Rev. Teresa Tolbert officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home, however, the family will receive friends after the service at the cemetery or at the residence at any time. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes memorials be made to the charity of one’s choice or to the Pulaski County Humane Society, P.O. Box 1046, Dublin, VA 24084.
