LAMBERT, Billy J.

Billy J. Lambert, 67, of Christiansburg went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, October 23, 2005 at his home with his wife by his side.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lottie Lambert, brothers Dudley Lambert and Tommy Lambert.

Billy worked as a welder at the family business, Lambert’s Repair Shop, on Ellett Road for many years.

Survivors include his loving wife of 37 years, Diana Altizer Lambert; brothers and sister-in-law, J. D. and Paulette Lambert, Pierce Lambert and Paul Jarvis.

The family will receive friends from 12 noon until 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 25, 2005 at the Horne Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. at the Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg with Pastor Paul Williams and Rev. Leon Alley officiating.

It was Billy’s wish that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
