Laing, Walter

Walter Laing, 67 of Christiansburg, passed away on March 3, 2022. Walter was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Lynn Graham Laing.

He is survived by his brothers, David Laing (Donna) of Star City, AR, Mark Laing of Dublin, VA; and nephews, Alex Laing (Meghan) of Cleveland, OH, and Matthew Laing (Savannah) of China Grove, NC

Walter was a military veteran and obtained his degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. He had a passion for painting and loved his family, many friends, and his constant companion, his dog Macy.

The family will have private services.
