Kress, Sarah Tallant

Sarah Elizabeth Tallant Kress, 65, of Radford, journeyed home Sunday, May29, 2016. She was retired from Danaher. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mary Katherine Tallant.

Survivors include her daughters and son-in-law, Denise Tallant and son-in-law to be, Bruce Altizer of Roanoke, and Diane and Bobby Viers of Radford; grandchildren, Rob and Emily Viers; great grandson, Ethan Viers; sisters, Louise Robbins of Fairlawn, and Barbara Akers of Dublin; brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles, Jr. and Connie Tallant of Pulaski, John and Karen Tallant of Warrenton, and Billy and Mary Tallant of Radford; sisters-in-law, Linda Tallant and May Tallant, both of Dublin; and multiple nieces and nephews. Special thanks to those who journeyed with her and help care for her, Billie and Gene Adkins, William Ratcliffe and Renie Sisk, special love to Brittany Adkins, and special thanks to Seven South (MCPCU) Nursing Staff at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

The family will celebrate Sarah’s life from 5 until 7 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford.
