Korach, Jeanne Arnold

Jeanne Arnold Korach, 88 , of Blacksburg, Va., passed away December 12, 2010. Born July 31, 1922, in Chicago, Ill., she was preceded in death by her parents, Issac and Jeanette Arnold, her aunt, Florence May and her son-in-law, Joseph J. Slattery. Survivors include her son and spouse, Kenneth A. Korach and Brenda, of Cherry Hill, N. J.; daughter, Marcia L. Slattery, Blacksburg; four grandsons, Corporal Joseph R. Slattery of Quanico Marine Base, Woodbridge, Va., Sean Slattery, of Winston-Salem, N.C. and Max and Sam Korach, of Cherry Hill, N.J. Jeanne is also survived by Robert S. Korach, of Haddonfield, N. J.; father of Marcia Slattery and Kenneth Korach, and Hugh and Kim Bowman, of Christiansburg, Va.; her caregivers who gave her excellent care for the past 19 years and were like family members. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
