Knotter, Bobbie Franklin Wainwright

Bobbie Franklin Wainwright Knotter, age 67 of 6234 Cleburne Blvd., Dublin passed away Sunday evening January 8, 2006 at the Pulaski Community Hospital. Born September 9, 1938 in Pulaski, Va. he was son of the late Richard and Mae Almedia Potts Knotter.

He was retired from Pulaski Furniture with over 14 years of service.

Surviving are: his wife Sandy Akers Wainwright, Dublin; son, Steven Akers, Dublin; daughters, Candy Ayers, Lake Anna, Va., Tonya Mullins White, Dublin; brother, Richard N. “Nicki” Knotter, Pulaski; sisters, Nellie “Chi Chi” Knotter Thornton, High Point, N.C., Jean Knotter Bentley, Cleveland, Tenn.; three grandchildren.

A family memorial service will be conducted at a later date. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorials in his memory can be sent to the American Cancer Society, New River Valley Unit, P.O. Box 554 Roanoke, VA 24003-0554.
