Knisely, Sharon Ann
Sharon Ann Knisely, age 67 of Dublin, died Monday, November 28, 2016 at Lewis Gale Hospital – Salem. She was born on January 12, 1949 in Grayson County, and was the daughter of the late Edna Murphy Robinson and Dean Edward Robinson.
She was a member of the Mt. Vale United Methodist Church in Galax, and was a long-time employee of Bellsouth.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Greg Knisely, and two sisters, Carol Joy Ippolito and Patricia R. Lowe.
She is survived by her daughters Angela Knisely Razidlo and her husband Benjamin of Columbus, Ohio, and Heather Knisely Boney and her husband John of Morehead City, NC; a brother, Grayson E. Robinson and his wife Tommie of Angie, Louisiana; and a sister; Linda R. Caudell and her husband Roger of Pulaski, four grandchildren; Michael Secrest and his wife Rachel, Christopher Secrest and his wife Tinamarie, Brendan Razidlo, and “Rainy” Razidlo, and one great-grandchild, Riker Secrest. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Memorial services will be held Friday, December 2, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 301 North Jefferson Ave., Pulaski with the Rev. Melissa Smith and the Rev. Hugh Kilgore officiating. Interment will be private.
The family will receive friends during a reception in the fellowship hall immediately following the service. Flowers will be appreciated, but for those who wish, they may make a memorial contribution in Sharon’s memory to the Pulaski Daily Bread P.O. Box 824 Pulaski, VA 24301.
