Kirk, Nancy Cleo

Nancy Cleo Kirk, 90, of Staffordsville, died Saturday, July 4, 2015, at her home. She was born September 14, 1924, at Berton, the daughter of the late Tracy Steward and Mamie Ellen Mustard Stafford. She was a lifelong member of Sheffey Memorial United Methodist Church.

Besides her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Gibson Kirk; and a son, Donnie Kirk.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons and daughters-in-law, Aubry and Inza Kirk, Kenneth and Frankie Kirk and Joyce Kirk, all of Staffordsville; her daughters and sons-in-law, Patsy and Robbie Robertson, Salem, Bonnie and George Matthews, Roanoke and Betty and Robert Francis, White Gate; a brother, Arnold M. Stafford, Staffordsville; 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 7, 2015, at 11 a.m. at A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home Chapel, White Gate, with the Rev. Amy Bartee officiating. Burial will follow at the Kirk Cemetery, Bear Spring. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 6, 2015, from 6 to 8 p.m.
