Kirk, Lucy Louella Graham

Lucy Louella Graham Kirk, 89, of Christiansburg, passed away Monday, January 8, 2007.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Bruce and Lucy Moses Graham; and her husband, Clyde (Bill) Franklin Kirk; three sons, Clyde Kirk, Jr., Charles Kirk and Gerald Kirk. She was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church in Radford.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Joe Kirk and his special love, Paddi Lucas of Radford, Juanita Harvey and husband, George of Radford, Mary Sutphin of Christiansburg, Sally Cox and husband, Elwood of Christiansburg, Barbara Shelburne and husband, John of Boones Mill; and 19 grandchildren; 35 greatgrandchildren and one greatgreat-grandchild. Survived by sisters, Mildred Blankenship of Shawsville and Claudine Turpin of Elliston.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, January 10, 2007 at the Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 11, 2007 at Gethsemane Baptist Church in Radford with Pastor Jerry Gibson officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg.
