King, Sr, Jewell Wayne

Jewell Wayne King, Sr., age 79 of Pulaski passed away Friday, November 4, 2011 at his home. Born March 14, 1932 in Carroll County, he was the son of the late Dewey Lincoln King and Lennie Pearl Fleming King. One Brother, Boyd L. King and Sister and Brother-in-law, Melodean and Douglas Crowell also preceded him in death. Mr. King was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was retired from Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin, Virginia. He is survived by his wife of 54 years- Sue Carol Miller King-Pulaski. Children- Jewell Wayne King, Jr., Jackie Lane King, Jeffrey Dean King and Sherri W. King, Melissa “Missy” J. King Radcliffe and Jamie A. Radcliffe. Grandchildren- Jeffrey and Brittany King, Ashley and Roger Crigger, Joey Radcliffe and Megan Hale, Jessica Radcliffe. Great Grandchildren- Tyler, Makenzie, and Lakin Crigger. Brother-Melvin D. King- Sister-in-law- Helen H.King (all of Pulaski) Funeral services will be held Monday 2:00 p.m. in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Kelly Howlett officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin with full military honors conducted at the graveside by the Pulaski VFW Post # 1184. The family will receive friends Sunday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski.
