King, Lillian McMillian

She was retired from Renfro Corp. and was a member of Flat Rock Pentecostal Holiness Church. Surviving are her primary care givers, Jimmy and Jayne McMillian; several special nieces and nephews; sisters-in-law, Mildred Cox, Arlene Chitwood, Lena Conneley and a brother-in-law, Warren Garland King In addition to her parents, Mrs. King was preceded in death by her husband, James Aldie King; a sister, Violet Fleming McMillian and brothers, Lonzie McMillian, Lacy McMillian and Clarence McMillian; sisters-in-law, Marietta Cook, Mamie Nugent, and Gladys Metheng and brothers-in-law, Elmer King, Harvey King, Percy King, Willie King and Carlos King. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at Flat Rock Pentecostal Holiness Church by Dr. David Sparks and Rev. Deward Scott. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from noon until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Flat Rock Pentecostal Holiness Church at 120 Pentecostal Church Rd., Mt. Airy, NC 27030 or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
