King, Glenna Josephine

Glenna Josephine King, age 65 of 5960 Belspring Road, Radford passed away Friday, January 13, 2006 at the University of Virginia Medical Center, Charlottesville.

Born October 4, 1940 in Grayson County, Va., she was the daughter of William Glen Dexter and Sylvia Vira Dalton Dexter.

She was a designer with Northside Flower Shop in Radford for over 10 years and a member of the Cornersview Pentecostal Holiness Church, Snowville Community.

Surviving are her husband of 50 years, Raymond Eugene King, of Radford; daughter and son-in-law, Anita and Dean Eibert, of Basin, Wyoming; sons and daughters-in-law, Raymond King, Jr. of Bassett, Va.; Allen and Debee King of Phoenix, Ariz.; Joe and Selena King of Lexington, Va., Robin and Joye King of Ormic, Philippines, Kenneth and Tracy King of Bassett, Va., Douglas and Lori King of Critz, Va. Eighteen grandchildren; seven greatgrandchildren; sisters and brothers-in-law, Gaynell and Truman Shuman of Woodlawn, Ruth and Roy Jackson of Lumberton, N.C., Wanda and Jesse Shuman of Hillsville, Naomi Fortner of Bassett, Va.; brothers and sisters-in-law, George and Shryl Dexter, of Ga., Donnie Dexter of Bassett, Va., and Mark and Teresa Dexter of Henry, Va.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday 11 a.m. at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with Brother Frankie Graham officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Cemetery, Fairlawn. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski. Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski is handling the arrangements for the family.
