kinkade-oldhomeEvelyn Bell Kincer, age 87 of Pulaski, died Tuesday morning, July 8, 2014 in Pulaski Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on November 11, 1924 in St. Paul, and was the daughter of the late Gladys Welch Bell and Walter Bell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Gerald Wayne Bell, and her first husband, Thomas William Bell, Jr.  She is survived by her husband, Odel Kincer of Pulaski: a daughter; Shawn Bell Turman and her husband Gray of Clayton, NC: a half-sister; Joan Irick of Hampton, and 2 half-brothers; Richard Goodson of GA, and Tommy Goodson of Kimball, West Virginia: devoted cousins; Duane and Betty Hix of Draper: five grandchildren; Brian Bell of Riner, Betsey Bell of Riner, Barry Bell of Greensboro, NC, Adam Turman of Westchester, PA and Patrick Turman of Clayton, NC, and also survived by three great-grandchildren, and a special neice and nephew, Fred and Joyce Bell of Pulaski. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 11, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Seagle Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dr. C.R. Conner officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday at the funeral home from 12 Noon until 2:00 p.m. service time.
