Kimbrough, Joyce Patterson

Joyce E. Kimbrough 79 of Pulaski, departed this life on April 19, 2022. She was born September 10, 1942 to the late Lee and Blanche Patterson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hobert Kimbrough and sister, Berkeley Taylor.

Joyce was a homemaker who loved gardening. She loved to plant all kinds of vegetables and beautiful flowers. She certainly had a green thumb. She attended Christiansburg Institute. She enjoyed cooking, shopping, traveling and was often seen driving her Cadillac places she wanted to go. She loved life and having a good time. She loved her grandbabies who called her MAM. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.

Those left to cherish her memory include her 2 daughters, Berkeley (Wallace) Jeffreys and Wanda (Neil) Kimbrough, 2 sons, Ken Kimbrough and Mark (Jackie) Kimbrough , 2 brothers, Rev. Douglas (Debra) Patterson and David (Connie) Patterson, sister, Virginia Boldon, 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Special thanks is extended to Intrepid Hospice Care, nurses Kayla and Regean of Highland Ridge Rehabilitation Center and all who have been so kind during this time of bereavement.

There will be public viewing on Wednesday April 27, 2022 from 1PM to 2PM at Serenity, 248 Randolph Ave., Pulaski. A private family service will follow.
