Kimbleton, Gracie Ethel Goad

Gracie Ethel Goad Kimbleton, 90, of Belspring, passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side on Wednesday, July 4, 2012. Gracie was a person full of life and compassion and loved everyone that she met. She loved all of her family and always wanted them to have a good life. All of her brothers, sisters and their families were very special to her. She is preceded in death by her husband, Garland Robert Kimbleton; her father and mother, Garfield and Hattie Goad; sisters, Bertha, Edith, Velma, Hilda, and Verna; and brothers, Lawrence, Thomas, and Preston. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Timothy Kimbleton; daughter, Carolyn Kimbleton; brother and wife, Wiley and Naomi Goad; many special nieces and nephews; special church family, Parrott Methodist Church; special community family of Tami and Eddie Mills, Courtney Mills, Larry and Donna Price, Matt Price, Selena and Raymond East, and Louise Reed and Jerry Reed. Special thanks to Dr. Charles Judy; all of the staff, nurses, caretakers from Good Samaritan Hospice (especially Jenny Lemon, Debra Hamm and Susan); Radford Rehab; and Intrepid Nursing Service. All of your attention, care and love was truly a blessing for Gracie. “Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. I give thanks to my God upon remembrance of you.” Philippians 1:2-3. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 7, 2012, at DeVilbiss Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Teresa Talbert officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 6, 2012, at the funeral home.
