Kennedy, Vanessa Gail Spangler

Vanessa Gail Spangler Kennedy, age 54, of Rich Creek, Va. died, Friday, September 9, 2016, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was born in Montgomery County on January 31, 1962 to the late Archie Walter and Odessa Hunter Cooper.

She is preceded in death by a brother, George Cooper. She is survived by her daughters, Samantha Kennedy and Cynthia Kennedy, sister, Teresa Cooper and companion, Gary Poff, brother, Michael Cooper, nephew, Donald Cooper, niece, Heather Bentley.

Memorial services will be conducted Monday, September 12, 2016 at 6:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Frankie Graham officiating. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
