Kelly, Geraldine Cantrell

Geraldine Cantrell Kelly, 79, of Christiansburg, passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2012. She is survived by her son, Don (Kathy) Cantrell; grandchildren, Jon Cantrell and Sandra Younce; four great-grandchildren; brothers, Cam Cantrell and Jim Cantrell; and sisters, Velva Wirt, Emma Young and Barbara Taylor.

Geraldine loved to make quilts and then give them away.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 10, 2012, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home Chapel. The Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 11, 2012, at the Horne Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Kingrea and the Rev. Leon Alley officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery, Christiansburg.
