Keever, James Luther

James Luther Keever, age 84 of Draper passed away Saturday, October 25, 2014 at the Highland Ridge Rehab Center, Dublin. Born April 12, 1930 in Asheville, North Carolina, he was the son of the late James Keever and Birdie Sayles Keever. His Brother, Harold Keever and Step-Son, Michael Scott also preceded him in death.

He was a veteran of the United States Army having served during the Korean War. He was the retired owner of Woodie Outdoor Advertising Company in Dublin.

Surviving- Wife- Joyce Keever-Draper Son- James Kenneth Keever-Bristol, TN. Daughter- Denise Keever- Blountville, TN.

Sisters- Berlene Henderson & husband, Harold- Lake Norman, N.C. Wilma Jean Smith & husband, James- Raleigh, N.C.

Sisters-in-law- Katie Lee Keever- Rutherfordton, N.C. Mittie Ann Lamb- Asheboro,N.C.

Many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 1:00 p.m., October 28, 2014 at Bower Funeral Home,Pulaski with Rev. Zane Cox officiating. Entombment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum,Dublin.
