Keene, Janet R. Stacy

Janet R. Stacy Keene, of Christiansburg, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 28, 2008, at 4:30 p.m. after a long illness.

“Janet touched the lives of many people young and old during her brief stay on this earth. She will be missed greatly by many.”

She was preceded in death by her father, Henry Stacy; and her mother, Evelyn Stacy; both of Hurley, Va. She is survived by her husband, Bruce Keene, of Christiansburg, Va.; two daughters, Ashley Keene Graham, of Radford, Va., and Amanda Keene Gravley, of Roanoke, Va.; one brother, Roger Stacy, of Hurley, Va.; four grandchildren, Zach, Grace, Elijah and Faith Gravley, all of Roanoke, Va.; and a host of nephews, nieces, aunts and uncles also survive.

A memorial service will be conducted in her honor at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 9, 2008, at the Christiansburg Pentecostal Holiness Church located at 1040 South Harless St., Christiansburg, Va. 24073.
