Justice, Anna Lucille Cecil

Anna Lucille Cecil Justice, 86, of Riner and formerly Pulaski, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2013, at her home. Born December 21, 1926, in Pulaski, she was the daughter of the late James Cecil and Bertha Thorton Cecil. Her brother, Jason David “J.D.” Cecil, also preceded her in death. Surviving are her husband, Rush Farley Justice, of Riner; sons and daughters-in-law, Cecil Justice, of Texas, Garrett and Mary Justice, of Check, Sam and Brenda Justice, of Riner; three grandchildren, Candice Lambdin, Tiffany Gibbs, and Davina Justice; brother, Robert Cecil, of Riner; sisters, Betty Blankenship, of Pulaski, Brenda Edmonds, of Snowville. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2013, at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski, with Pastor Earnest Fulcher officiating. Interment will follow in the Cecil’s Chapel Church Cemetery, Hiwassee (between Snowville & Hiwassee).
