Jones, Sharon Kay

Sharon K. Jones, 55, of Narrows, passed away peacefully at her parents home, J.C. and Lois Conley on Saturday, December 24, 2011. She was born on March 16, 1956 in Giles County.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tammy Lynn Jones and her grandmother, Lula Hughes. She is survived by her son, Benjamin K. Jones II and his fiance Ana Lazo of Los Angeles; two sisters and brother-in-law, Donna St. Clair of Pearisburg and Sandra and DeWayne Myers of Winchester; three brothers and two sister-in-laws, James (Bo) and Nora Hughes of Narrows, Calvin Conley of Pembroke and Garry and Judy Conley of Pearisburg; special aunt and uncle Verna (Tag) and Don Kidd of Narrows; ex-husband and friend Benjy Jones; numerous nephews and nieces; grandnephews and nieces; and one great- grandnephew; special cousin, Elizabeth Crockett and her fiance Mike Taylor; three special friends, Judy Bird, Debbie Morrison, and Lisa Carrico.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Riffe’s Funeral Service in Narrows with the Rev. John Jenkins officiating, along with Sharon’s brother Garry Conley. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Riffe’s Funeral Service Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m.
